SUMMARY Program

Detailed program information will be available in the Infopack.

saturday WORKSHOPS

Adults/High school/ELOS students can select the workshop they wish to attend in the registration form.

  • Workshop 1 - Delighting in daily Bible reading: Want to start reading the Bible daily or finding it hard to delight in your regular Bible & devotion times? Learn how to delight & dwell in God's word as a daily discipline and why it's so good for us!

  • Workshop 2 - Delighting in God through prayer: Prayer is awe, intimacy, struggle. and joy. There is nothing more important, harder, richer, or more life-altering. There is absolutely nothing so great as prayer. Come discuss, wonder & pray.

  • Workshop 3 - Delighting in God with our music: Music and singing are an integral part of our Sunday service. Through singing as a congregation we engage with God and engage with one another. In this workshop we’ll explore how the bible sets the agenda for what singing together is designed to achieve, and how we can prepare ourselves to participate fully.

  • Workshop 4 - Delighting in God in our conversations with others: It can be really easy to speak about God around other Christians at church or bible studies. But often that’s where the conversation stops. Come along to this elective as we explore how the bible can encourage and equip us to speak about God in our everyday life!

  • Workshop 5 - Delighting in God in servanthood: What does it mean to serve? Why do it? We’ll explore some bible verses and practical ways looking at how to love and serve each other in our church family.
